Lainey has always said Jessica Simpson looks like a tranny, I don't think it has anything to do with the blind item. She's mentioned several times before that Jennifer Aniston has put on a little weight and looks much better now. I'm 99% sure it's Aniston, Lainey has said in the past that Aniston refusing to have kids and stay skinny is why Brad left her.

I think she's just saying that when Ken gets involved with her she starts looking hooker-ish because he makes her wear those ratty extensions and tight outfits.
