So apparently Nicole Kidman was engaged to an “unknown” man before her engagement with Keith.

“I didn’t really want a relationship, yet shortly thereafter got engaged to somebody … but it just wasn’t right” she said.

Update: Nope, don't think it's Lenny Kravitz, though of course it could be. She brought Steve to Australia to meet her parents and sister and she wore a ring on her left hand at that time and all the gossip rags said they were engaged, not that the last part necessarily means anything. Then they suddenly broke up.

UNDERGROUND BUZZ: Now that she has turned her back on her longtime boyfriend this Celebrity by association is feeling lost. She listened to her friends who told her leave that no good man…You’re Giving Him All These Kids And He Won’t Marry You…Leave Girl! Well, she left, and he could care less. He plans to support her financially for the rest of her life, but he is glad to be free of her.

Three Blind Items from ... Moi!

Here are some blind items from....me! They're the only ones I know so don't expect more okay.

These are not first-hand as in seen with my own eyes, but two are from people I know and trust and the other is something I've heard from someone I don't know personally BUT part of what they say has been verified by a second, completely different source, so I feel pretty sure I can trust it (if that makes sense)

I will reveal two of them next week and consider whether or not to reveal the other.

Here goes:

1. What film and TV actress might be shocked to learn her sexy boyfriend is still very close to his ex-wife? The two were spotted sharing a "very heated" kiss in public, only days prior to our actress and her lover's much publicized trip overseas.
HINT: For the actress think former A list TV star, B List film star. The boyfriend is NOT a 'civilian'. Oh, and my definition of A list TV star follows the CDAN formula = a star on a successful show for more than 3 years.
NEW HINT: Just this one word: Karma.

2. Which pretty actress many once believed to be the 'next big thing'  became an outcast in Hollywood for many years after the very favorable production deal she wrangled for herself- which many thought was completely undeserved- failed big-time.  That, plus one rather ill-received movie role and an allegedly not terribly nice personality meant her once bright career never recovered.

3. Which famous actress must cringe when she reads yet another tabloid rumor saying that she is pregnant? The reality is it is nearly impossible, if not completely impossible, for her to fall pregnant because she has a rare chromosomal disorder. This could explain more than a few things about our actress.

The Has-Been

CDAN: This B list film actor used to be famous for who he was with and now just can't get any respect. Recently he tried to get into a nightclub by moving to the front of the line. Neither doorman recognized him and was told go to the end of the line. He then pulled out his cell and called some of his friends inside the club to come get him in. After explaining for 15 minutes who he was there was still no entry. Then one of the friends mentioned the ex and the doormen opened the ropes immediately.

The Playa and The Woman Trying to Save Face

She's manipulating the media. Pretending like she left her womanizing boyfriend. In reality, he left her because of her deception regarding a personal matter. This playa has a woman in "every" area code, (domestically and internationally). Nothing can slow his flow. She's just trying to save face. For the past year, he was just going through the motions of being in a relationship with her, they were together in name only for media purposes and industry events. It appears that he has moved on but this may be a "decoy" scenario because he has a "famous non-black woman" stashed away that he has yet to make a public appearance with.

The Strawberry Cutie

"So this television actor who makes all the ladies crazy on a very hit show got a new cell a few weeks ago. The new iPhone to be exact. Well it seems our actor had about 10,000 questions for the woman on the phone at the customer service call center who set up his new service. She unfailingly answered them all and kept a smile on her face even when the actor kept taking other calls while talking to her. At one point, the actor needed to go but had more questions so he gave the customer service agent his home number and his wife's number and asked her to please call him in about 30 minutes so they could continue the call. She did and he was even more impressed.

After getting her name and the name of her supervisor, the actor called/not wrote the President of AT&T Wireless to compliment the agent, AND sent her flowers AND sent her strawberries AND sent her strawberries with chocolate all to the call center where she works. As a further bonus he invited her to visit him on the set. "

The Faux Couple

Maybe the reason there are no PDA photos is because one of them made a promise to their real significant other that it really is all for show and would prove it to them by not making out with the other person and groping them in public and instead really does respect their significant other.
